As the Principal of Briese Lawyers, Kym focuses on assisting clients with personal legal issues such as Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Residential Conveyancing.

Kym is passionate about people and healthy relationships. She adopts a holistic approach with clients, offering advice that is realistic, practical and solution focused. Her goal is to empower clients to choose the best processes and outcomes to resolve the issues they face.

A solicitor since 1996, Kym holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT, a Certificate in Mediation, a Diploma in Child Psychology and a Post Grad in Human Studies (Family & Relationship Counseling). Kym is also a past President of the Downs & South West Law Association.
