Her time in the industry has seen Madonna work in many roles and areas of practice.  Madonna started as an office junior and moved quickly into an accounting support role, she later took the Accounts Manager role when the opportunity arose.  Madonna then secured a position with a small Brisbane firm, which saw her utilise her accounting experience while also training as a family law paralegal.

Over the years, Madonna has worked in various areas of practice, including family law, conveyancing, estate planning (and administration) and commercial.

Madonna’s role with Briese Lawyers spans across many facets.  Her primary role is overseeing financial aspects of the firm and she oversees the Briese Lawyers family.  Madonna provides paralegal support to Kym Briese in the practice areas of family law and estate planning (and administration).

Madonna has been with the Briese Lawyers family since the very beginning, she is our all-rounder, a jill of all trades, and really is the glue that holds us all together.

Madonna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Business Law) through the University of New England.  Madonna is married with two children, two dogs, a cat, four fish and she’s lost count of how many chickens she has owned in recent years, but currently has 4.
